IMANA FOODS (SA) (Pty) Ltd is a food company and our flagship product is IMANA Super Soya Mince, which is the undisputed market leader in the Soya Mince Market. Wild Ride Education Company (WREC) is a non-profit organisation.

IMANA FOODS together with WREC raise funds to be used to improve education facilities and education upliftment along the coastline between Kei Mouth and Umnagazi.

Lapdesks are affordable, practical alternative to traditional classroom furniture and is made of state of the art virtually indestructible plastic.

WREC donated 4000 lapdesks in 2008 on the IMANA Wild Ride race route.

Based on a phenomenal amount of money raised on the 10 year anniversary and at the IMANA Wild Ride 2010, IMANA FOODS / WREC were able to build 4 Modular classrooms at the Madakeni Junior Secondary School.

This school which is situated in the Coffee Bay area has a total of 617 learners. The school starts with Grade R and goes through to Grade 8. The Grade 8 class had an 87% pass rate in 2010.

IMANA FOODS together with WREC raised enough money during the IMANA Wild Ride 10 year anniversary to place 23 IMANA Wild Ride school signage boards at schools along the IMANA Wild Ride route.

IMANA FOODS and WREC were able to brand a further 13 schools in 2011.

IMANA FOODS and WREC were also able to repair Qatywa JSS, as poor build quality and building materials were found on inspection. New gutters and a waterproof membrane to seal all flashing areas as well as bolt holes were installed.

IMANA FOODS and WREC were also able to repair Xonyeni JSS, as poor build quality and building materials were found on inspection. New gutters and a waterproof membrane to seal all flashing areas as well as bolt holes were installed.

The school also required repairs to ceilings and cornices as well as some new paint.
